Things are so-so lar. Recently got upset over some stuff... Bad mood sia. Sorry to anyone who kena my wrath, though my wrath is always very small de lol... I dun get angry easily. Usually the anger is accumulated then released in one big eruption. Anyway I'm fine now, but if the same facotr that made me upset happens again then I dunno wad will happen leh. Hope all goes well...

Hmmmm. Yar its the hols. Going overseas next Wednesday... Cool sia. Some cruise to some Island... Maybe can scream out all the sorrows there? lol! Expect lotsa nature photos on the photo blog once I come back. Hmmm. Tired.

Hmmmm. lotsa things been happening... Recently got people jump down opp. my block... lol... Den now got people get slashed and assaulted nearby too. Wads next? See photo blog for pics and a short entry on the assault at bukit batok...

Holidays lerr. But i'm emotionally troubled. lol... no more stress. I miss the past. Perhaps I should just stop looking back and move on...

Exams are over! Well its time to snap more pics everywhere! :) Yayness... Lotsa stuff to do! Hmmmm... Students nowadays are so stressed that they resort to funny funny stuff like cutting themselves. Very sad to see this happening leh. How to help them leh? Summore its a group, not an individual... Its just pains me to see what is happenning in society. Anyway, hope things will get better for this grp of people... Need help just call me and I wil rush over to see wad I can do asap kaes.
Recently on friday I went to Wei Jian de concert cum national song composing Competition... Erm the turnout was kena sai... ONly about 100 people were there, maybe less.. The tickets cost $9... I din pay to watch of cos... Was there to do assignment for zaobao... That assignment lasted til 12am sia... Den the next morning went to IJC (Innova JC) to capture some prize giving thingy for bloggers... hahas.
Took part in photovideoi competition at boon lay CC... I was the youngest photographer there... lol... Din win anything but gained loads of experience... See photo blog for some pics tt i took... hahas.
Monday was medisoc exam... Fail this and I fail the whole course... haha. Hope I did well... :)

2) 100 days at FMS video production - Something extra lar. A video competition in my school... Winners get an Ipod video!
3) Nan Hua Dance Society Noticeboard - Hmmmm try to help them...
4) Printing of the Mustard Seed, a publication for my church's English Congregation
5) YF Camp stuff - I'm one of the leaders


Not much as compared to the past...

Oh and I'm going on a short holiday on the 6th of September... Going to some island via cruise... YAY!

I nearly kena raped/robbed/murdered yesterday... I was on my way home from Bukit MRT at about 1230am in the morning... Cos of assignment for SPH.. Some Derrick Concert lar... National Songwriter's competition @ Nanyang Technological University, my dream school (Best school for Degree in mass communications)...
Anyway, I was walking towards my dad's car, den suddenly this guy came out from the bushes and walked towards me very very quickly... (OMG I hold wif me in my bag my precious camera, my rented flash, and my ibook!) I walked ultra fast and my dad saw wad was going on in his car. So he reversed his car to let the guy know they he knew wasd was gonna happen. I ran into my dad's car and my dad went around the roundabout outside burger king 3 times while tt guy crosse the road and stared at my dad. My dad was like,"If he runs guiltily, I would just run him over. HIt firs, ask questions later..." Its just so nice to haf our parents to shelter us from harm... :)Otherwise I would haf lost all my money and possessions... Thank God...

NDP. The parade of memories. After going through much pain and tribulations, its finally over.
Lets go through the old memories... When I first heard that nan hua was gonna participate in ndp, i was like, oooooohhhhh. (I did not own a DSLR camera back den, and had not much opportunity to develop my passion for photography...) I got my camera in March de... And so, I wasnt that interested in the NDP practices, and was not used to the way Mr Dan cheoreographed the dance... (I did learn the first few sections of the dance you know! :P ) Slowly I went for more NDP practices to watch, and when I got my SLR camera, I started shoting away like some freak. I bet many of the lower sec pupils felt that I was crazy... lol... Anyway, laconically, I got to know Mr Phua through a photo assignment during the speech day of NHHS... Den we met again several times whilei was helping some sec 1s with their video project and during another NDP practice... I din talk much to Peter... Talked more to Dan who was very frenly towards the graduates... haha. Peter should smile more yar? :)

Den as time went by, I found myself making new frens! I believe the first few were Jemimah and SK... From there it extended to Jing Hui, Yin Kar, and alot of 108 pupils... Den it extended even further to Weimann and Clara, and Hammy! lol. Alot of many other frens made... Some say that my SLR connected me to my new frens... Hmm. Perhaps it did play a part lar. I met alot of new frens at Esplanade too during my solo trips to the Singappore Fireworks Festival... lol.. (New photography Frens)

I commited myself to helping Sam in backstage work, and yepp, photo taking became 2nd in priority. Anyway, it was a great experience to be part of the show. Without backstage crew, will there be a show? Without the AIs, will there be a show? Hmmm.

Then came the days of practices at the stadium...

NDP 2006

Yes. The day everyone was waiting for. ALot of presents were made for the AIs, much to the astonishment of Ms Yeo I guess... I'm not sure of the reasoning behind the forbidden act of giving out pressies to show appreciation... But nvm.

Seriously I'm quite ashamed of 70% of the pics taken during the whole thing. The standard is totally very low in this 70%... Cos most were grp shots... Cant do low angle de... haha. Nvm lar its for memorie's sake only. (Shutter count for whole NDP event plus practices = 6000+++ photos

Shutter life for camera = Appoximately 30000

Anyway it was worth the shots... Freezing memory in digital format...

Back to the topic...

INdoor Stadium... Recalls the time whereby Singapore Idols came... And Deejays...
And of cos, the most memorable pic of the fireworks was the one taken wif the core grp de... That pic rawked my world I tell you...

Now that NDP is over, I will miss Yan long and Aloy, n my lower sec frens... Wun see em that often anymore... It would be extremely odd if i keep meeting up wif them too i guess... Age gap too wide perhaps? Den i make myself extra summore... Tho they're real nice frens! :) Love them all! hahas.
